• 1.Apply to dry skin after cleansing. Smooth over the face, wrapping it completely with both palms.

  • 2.Massage from the center of forehead toward the temples. Slide your fingers along upper eyelids from inner corner to outer corner. Work along lower eyelids, making a circular motion, and then smooth out fine wrinkles downward.

  • 3.Massage the nose ridge downward, and intensively move fingers around nostrils in an up-and-down motion. Work from the center outward around mouth, and massage cheeks starting at chin toward temples.

  • 4.Cover the face with both hands and slide them up toward the ears. Gently stroke down the neck.

  • 5.Press the face with both palms from the center toward the outer edge of the face, pressing the skin lightly.

  • 6.With fingertips, press on the areas around the eyes and the mouth, starting from the center of the face and moving outward. Rinse off with cold or lukewarm water.
