1.Apply to dry skin after cleansing. Smooth over the face, wrapping it completely with both palms.
2.Massage from the center of forehead toward the temples. Slide your fingers along upper eyelids from inner corner to outer corner. Work along lower eyelids, making a circular motion, and then smooth out fine wrinkles downward.
3.Massage the nose ridge downward, and intensively move fingers around nostrils in an up-and-down motion. Work from the center outward around mouth, and massage cheeks starting at chin toward temples.
4.Cover the face with both hands and slide them up toward the ears. Gently stroke down the neck.
5.Press the face with both palms from the center toward the outer edge of the face, pressing the skin lightly.
6.With fingertips, press on the areas around the eyes and the mouth, starting from the center of the face and moving outward. Rinse off with cold or lukewarm water.
