1.Smooth the massage gel over the face, wrapping it completely with both palms.

2.Massage in a circular motion from the center of forehead toward the temples.

3.Slide fingers along upper eyelids from inner corner to outer corner. Work along lower eyelids, making a circular motion and then smooth out fine lines downward.

4.Massage the nose ridge downward, and move fingers around nostrils in an up-and-down motion. Work from the center outward around the mouth, first above the lips and then below.

5.Massage cheeks starting at chin toward temples in a circular motion.
